Shipping Policy

We offer USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail for all domestic orders of paintings and other larger items. For Sincerely Nena’s snail mail envelopes, we use USPS First-Class Mail (Letter). Please allow 2–3 business days for processing on all orders. Shipping time begins once the package has been received and scanned by USPS.

Nena's Diary is not responsible for any returned or refused package shipping charges. The customer will be charged for the amount using the original payment method.
